Water & Waste Treatment
Motor Control Centre for an Effluent Treatment Plant
A single motor control centre running an entire industrial effluent treatment process — balance tank, dissolved air flotation, clarifier, sludge return and odour control. Seventeen motor circuits, ten on variable speed drives, under Allen-Bradley PLC control with Profibus and Ethernet integration. 250A incoming, 50kA rated. Completed 2026.

Nanobubble Control Panel for a Water Treatment Works
A control panel driving a nanobubble generation system at a water treatment works — VSD-controlled duty pump, Siemens PLC and HMI, and telemetry integration, with supply for an associated compressor and dryer. 80A door-interlocked isolator, Type II+III 40kA surge protection, IP55 enclosure. Completed 2026.
Water & Waste Treatment
Lime Dosing MCC for a Water Treatment Works
A motor control centre for the lime batch and dosing plant at a water treatment works, built to Form 4 Type 7 — the highest degree of internal separation in the standard. Six motor sections, weigh-feeder instrumentation, Simocode motor management and Profibus integration, with six matching field isolator stations. Completed 2026.
