Our batch logic is developed in accordance with ISA S88, reducing engineering effort and making systems easier to test and validate. We have successfully implemented batch and recipe management systems for pharmaceutical customers across a variety of platforms.
Using relational databases, our systems provide complete product genealogy, with reports generated on a lot, batch, shift or event-driven basis. Flexible data access is emphasised throughout — supporting process management, customer data requirements and regulatory compliance. The use of industry-standard relational databases also means the system can be maintained and enhanced by the customer without the need for ongoing outside support.
