R&R Engineering provides complete electrical control solutions — from the design and manufacture of Low Voltage Switchboards and Motor Control Centres through to fully integrated PLC, SCADA and bespoke automation systems. Established in 1987 and operating from our purpose-built facility outside Belfast, we bring over 35 years of engineering expertise to every project we undertake.

We work across a wide range of industries including water and waste treatment, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, power generation, building services and industrial process control. Whether you need a single control panel or a fully integrated site-wide system, R&R Engineering has the capability to deliver.

All our products are Type Tested to BS EN 60439-1:1999 and we operate a formal quality management system to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Every assembly undergoes rigorous factory testing before leaving our facility, and our own commissioning engineers are available to see each project through to completion on site.

Our services are organised into three core areas:

LV Switchboards & Distribution Design and manufacture of Low Voltage Switchboards, Motor Control Centres and Control Panels — built to the highest fault level and certification standards, with full flexibility in configuration and installation.

Motor Control & Process Automation PLC, SCADA and HMI systems integrated with Motor Control Centres or supplied as standalone units, covering everything from simple instrumentation loops to complex multi-site process control networks.

Bespoke Systems Engineering Turnkey project delivery for customers requiring a single point of responsibility — encompassing batch management, IT integration, validation, visual systems, commissioning and on-site installation.
