We collect personal data when you interact with this website, for example when you:

  • Submit an enquiry or request a quote through our contact form — we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message, in order to respond to your enquiry.
  • Apply for a role via our Careers page — we collect your name, contact details and the content of your application (submitted via our contact form), in order to consider your application.
  • Browse the site — our analytics tools automatically log technical data such as your approximate location, browser type, and pages visited (see Cookies and analytics below).

We do not collect any special category data (such as health or financial information) through this website.

 

Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and provide information about our products and services.

  • Enquiry and quote form submissions: retained for [X months/years — e.g. as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically no more than 24 months], unless a longer period is required by law (for example, for accounting records, which we keep for 6 years).
  • Job applications: retained for [X months], after which they are deleted unless you are hired.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the default settings of our analytics provider (typically 14–26 months).

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Have your data erased, in certain circumstances.
